My name is Brent Besosa and I have a long history of real estate success. My wife Kathy and I have a wealth of experience in real estate, marketing, construction, T.V. production and life coaching, which have helped us find success for ourselves and others in real estate. We’ve worked with an MLB organization for the past 12 years as life coaches for professional baseball players. That’s part of why helping other agents succeed in the real estate business was such a natural fit for us.

You’ll learn what marketing systems to deploy in your business and access to proven marketing that gets results. Even if you’re not a tech person, you can run this system.
Another pillar is lead conversion. You’ll learn how to establish effective follow up and how to take leads and convert them into clients. Following up is crucial to turning leads into clients. We use a system we call re-humanize.
In addition to these skills, you’ll also learn about the importance of the right mindset. It involves clarity-what you should be doing, why you should be doing it, and how it fits into accomplishing your short-term and long-term goals. • Week 2 - Your very own website will be set up, including your own brandable URL if you want one. This is a lead-generating, IDX website, with a CRM that eXp provides. We will build it out and customize it. This package typically costs over $500 per month. With eXp, this is part of the technology package at $50 per month and we coach on how to get the most out of it.
• Week 3 - Customize all the follow-up emails and texts. We use a partner product called BombBomb that is part of the website package.
• Week 4 - Start an advertising campaign, generate leads, & follow up. For as little as $250 to $300 per month, we can generate 30 to 50 targeted leads a month! It’s all you will ever need to be successful. Additionally, for those that want to learn more about social lead generation, we have some great trainings. We also coach our agents on how we leverage our sphere to generate low-to-no-cost leads that we drive back to the website, capture their information, and follow up automatically!
• Week 5 - Weekly training sessions to walk you through all the new procedures, skills, and technology that eXp has to offer.
